مسقط &ndash; أعلنت شركة "آي أو كيتشنز"، الرائدة في تشغيل المطابخ السحابية بسلطنة عُمان، عن توقيع شراكة استراتيجية مع شركة "الميرة"، تهدف إلى إطلاق أول منفذ مباشر متعدد العلامات التجارية في مول الميرة بمنطقة العامرات، وذلك في خطوة تمهّد لتوسعات ميدانية مرتقبة على مستوى السلطنة.
وفي هذا السياق، قال الفاضل خالد بن عوض البلوشي، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة العمانية لتنمية الاستثمارات الوطنية "تنمية ": "ان هذا التعاون يجسّد مثالًا عمليًا على نهج شركة "تنمية" في تمكين شركاتها التابعة من تحقيق النمو المستدام وخلق فرص استراتيجية مشتركة. إذ تمتلك "تنمية" حصصًا في كل من "آي أو كيتشنز" و"الميرة"، حيث تأتي ملكيتها في "آي أو كيتشنز" من خلال صندوق تنمية للمشاريع ذات الرسملة الصغيرة&nbsp; (Tanmia Small-cap Fund) الذي تم إطلاقه مؤخرًا بالشراكة مع صندوق عُمان المستقبل، بينما يأتي استثمارها في "الميرة" عبر شراكة مباشرة مع شركة الميرة القطرية. وقد أتاح هذا التكامل داخل المحفظة الاستثمارية لشركة "تنمية" لعب دور محوري في تيسير هذا التحالف بين شركتين واعدتين. وتؤمن "تنمية" بأهمية توظيف الروابط بين شركاتها لتعزيز الابتكار وتعظيم الأثر الاقتصادي، بما ينسجم مع رؤيتها في تعظيم القيمة الوطنية واستثمار الإمكانات الواعدة في السوق العُماني."
ويأتي افتتاح هذا المنفذ ضمن رؤية "آي أو كيتشنز" لتعزيز حضورها في المناطق ذات الكثافة السكانية، من خلال تقديم تجربة متكاملة تشمل تناول الطعام داخل الموقع، وخدمات الاستلام والتوصيل، مستندة إلى نموذج تشغيلي رقمي مدعوم بالتكنولوجيا والابتكار.
وقال&nbsp; الفاضل هشام حسن، المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي لـ"آي أو كيتشنز":"تمثل هذه الشراكة امتدادًا طبيعيًا لاستراتيجيتنا في التوسع الذكي وتحقيق التوازن بين البنية الرقمية والتفاعل المباشر مع العملاء. لقد بنينا أساسًا رقميًا قويًا، ونسعى الآن لتعزيز حضورنا الواقعي بما يُثري تجربة العميل ويقربنا من المجتمعات المحلية."
وأضاف: "نحن نعيد تشكيل ملامح قطاع الأغذية في سلطنة عُمان من خلال الجمع بين الجودة التشغيلية والتميّز الرقمي. هذا المنفذ هو الخطوة الأولى ضمن خططنا لتوسيع نموذجنا المبتكر في مواقع مختارة بعناية."
ويضم المنفذ الجديد مجموعة متنوعة من العلامات التجارية التابعة لـ"آي أو كيتشنز"، أبرزها: "رايس أند سبايس"، "ووك ستارز"، "ماد فور مكسيكن"، "منشزيلا"، "ماي باستا"، "ذا إيغ ستوري"، "أوت أوف ذا أوڤن"، "سلايدرز باي منشزيلا"، "وات آ براتا"، وغيرها من مفاهيم الطعام المستوحاة من مطابخ عالمية وإقليمية. ويعتمد النموذج التشغيلي على دمج عدة علامات تجارية تحت سقف واحد مع الحفاظ على هوية كل علامة وجودتها وسرعة خدمتها.
من جانبه، قال الفاضل دانش رضا، المدير الإقليمي لشركة "الميرة":نفخر بإطلاق هذه الشراكة مع 'آي أو كيتشنز' التي تقدم نموذجًا ذكيًا وحديثًا في تقديم خدمات الطعام. هذه الخطوة تنسجم مع استراتيجيتنا لتوفير تجارب متميزة لزوار مول الميرة، ونراها بداية لشراكات ناجحة في المستقبل."
ويأتي هذا التعاون بعد نجاح "آي أو كيتشنز" في إغلاق جولة تمويل تأسيسي بقيمة 2.8 مليون دولار أمريكي، بقيادة صندوق تنمية المشاريع ذات الرسملة الصغيرة (Tanmia Small-Cap Fund)، ومشاركة مستثمرين إقليميين ومكاتب عائلية. وستُوظّف هذه الاستثمارات في التوسع التشغيلي، وتطوير المنصة الرقمية، وتعزيز العلامات التجارية، وتوسيع الشراكات على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي.

Muscat &ndash; IO Kitchens, Oman&rsquo;s leading cloud kitchen operator, has announced a strategic partnership with Al Meera to launch the first direct multi-brand outlet at Al Meera Mall in Al Amirat. This initiative marks the beginning of a broader physical expansion across the Sultanate.
Khalid Al Balushi, CEO of Oman National Investments Development Company "Tanmia", stated:

Its investment in IO Kitchens is made through the Tanmia Small-Cap Fund, which was recently launched in partnership with Future Fund Oman, while its stake in Al Meera is a direct investment through a strategic partnership with Al Meera Qatar. This internal portfolio alignment has enabled Tanmia to play a pivotal role in facilitating this partnership between two promising companies. Tanmia believes in leveraging synergies among its investments to drive innovation and maximize economic impact&mdash;fully aligned with its vision of enhancing national value creation and capitalizing on high-potential opportunities in the Omani market.&rdquo;
The opening of this outlet is part of IO Kitchens' vision to strengthen its presence in densely populated areas by offering a fully integrated experience, including dine-in, pickup, and delivery services, all powered by a digitally driven and innovation-based operational model.
Hisham Hasan, Founder and CEO of IO Kitchens, said: "This partnership is a natural extension of our smart expansion strategy and our goal to balance digital infrastructure with direct customer engagement. The new outlet will feature a variety of IO Kitchens&rsquo; brands, including Rice &amp; Spice, Wok Stars, Mad for Mexican, Munchzilla, My Pasta, The Egg Story, Out of the Oven, Sliders by Munchzilla, what a Paratha, and other food concepts inspired by global and regional cuisines. The operating model combines several brands under one roof while preserving the identity, quality, and speed of each concept.
