This business unit manages private equity investments from Greenfield investments to Brownfield, under various investment structures from private equity funds, associates and subsidiaries.

The investments under this business unit are very strategic and long-term in nature aiming at the development of different sectors in Oman in order for the company to play a role in the diversification of national economy beyond oil.
